Terms of use
These terms describe use of SwitchNova, an iOS livestream production app provided by Light Film Media LLC. Questions can be sent to lightfilmmedia@gmail.com.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the content you create. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to capture, record, import, and broadcast your content, including consent from people where required. Use only accounts, Pages, devices, and streaming destinations you are authorized to control.
Connected services
Facebook, YouTube, Restream, and other streaming providers operate independently. Their terms, account eligibility, permissions, and technical requirements also apply. Their approval of an account or feature is not guaranteed by installing SwitchNova. You are responsible for checking the selected destination and audience before broadcasting.
Responsible use
Do not use SwitchNova to violate applicable law, infringe others’ rights, gain unauthorized access, or bypass a platform’s restrictions. Protect your account credentials and stream keys.
Availability and recordings
Livestreaming depends on your device, network connection, and third-party services. Interruptions or failed recordings can occur. Test your setup and keep backups where appropriate. SwitchNova does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or availability of every connected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy and support
The privacy policy describes information handled by the app. You may stop using the app, remove destinations, and revoke connected-service permissions. See data-deletion instructions for details.
Changes
App features and these terms may change as the product and connected platforms evolve. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
